Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and va99 ("va99", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://va99.io (the "Platform").

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a va99 account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

One Account per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — for any purpose, including claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing limits, or evading restrictions, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. va99 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit all associated balances.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: va99 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence)

va99 will never contact you to request your password by any means, including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from va99 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

You must notify va99 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that:

• Your account credentials have been compromised or disclosed to a third party;
• An unauthorised person has accessed or attempted to access your account;
• Any transaction on your account was not authorised by you.

Until va99 receives such notification and takes appropriate action, you remain liable for any activity on your account, including wagers placed and withdrawals requested. va99 will investigate reported security incidents in good faith but does not guarantee recovery of funds lost through your own negligence in protecting your credentials.

va99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account where unusual activity, potential fraud, or security anomalies are detected, pending investigation. We will endeavour to notify the account holder via their registered email address where possible.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on va99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). va99 does not apply currency conversion charges; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own fees, for which va99 bears no responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. va99 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account status.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your va99 wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to source where feasible.
• va99 does not accept deposits in cash, cryptocurrency, or any other non-listed payment method.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are set at the account level and may be adjusted following KYC review.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) typically settle within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• va99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, bonus wagering requirement fulfilment, or security review.
• Players must not have any outstanding active bonus wagering requirements at the time of withdrawal. Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

Bonuses & Promotions

va99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in these Terms and any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible to receive or redeem bonuses.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts or identities will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) as specified in the relevant offer terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game and betting rules. Specific rules for each sport, market, casino game, slot title, and specialty game are available within the relevant product section of the Platform.

Sports Betting:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed.
• va99 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being offered, or where the integrity of a market is compromised.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended at any time at va99's discretion, including during critical moments of a match.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. Limits may vary by sport, event, and market type.
• Settlement of cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) follows official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a no-result, abandoned match, or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) application, specific void or settlement rules as stated per market will apply.

Casino & Live Casino:

Prohibited Conduct

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
